Charter applications sent through this site go directly to the ONYX 63 concierge so availability, itinerary and quote can be arranged. Details are used only to handle the enquiry and are never sold or shared with third parties for marketing.

What is collected

Name, email address, phone number where given, preferred date, experience, guest count, boarding port and anything written in the message field. Technical logs needed to operate the site are kept briefly and then discarded.

How long it is kept

Enquiry records are kept for twenty-four months so repeat guests are recognised, then deleted. A copy can be removed sooner on request — write to the concierge from the address used in the application.

Cookies

This site sets no marketing or tracking cookies. Only strictly functional storage, such as remembering a form step, is used.
