Submitting a charter application is a request, not a booking. A date is confirmed only when the concierge approves the request in writing and the deposit has cleared.

Deposit & balance

Thirty percent of the quoted rate confirms the date. The balance clears seven days before boarding. Until both are received, the yacht may be offered to another party.

Weather & safety

The captain decides whether the sea allows departure. If a cruise cannot run, rebooking within the season is free and credit never expires. Itineraries may change at the captain’s discretion for safety.

Conduct aboard

Guests follow crew instructions at all times. Barefoot or soft-soled shoes only on deck. Damage caused by misuse is charged at cost.

Cancellation

Cancel up to fourteen days before boarding for a full refund of the deposit. Inside fourteen days the deposit converts to a season credit.
